Try is simulated: no charge and no item added to Inventory. For a real opening, check the displayed total first. Open submits immediately once you’re signed in and eligible—there is no second confirmation.

Kept items appear in Inventory. Eligible items can be exchanged for their displayed recovery value or submitted for shipping. Check shipping requests in Orders and openings in History.

Don’t repeat the opening, exchange, shipping or payment request. Check Inventory, Orders, History and your balance first. A missing record alone does not prove the request failed.

If it remains unresolved, email [email protected] with the record or order ID. Never share passwords or payment details.

Use Fairness & seeds on a box page, or Review verification in History. Viewing a record does not open a box. Verification marks the record verified and may rotate your server seed; review the prompt before confirming.

Claim eligible rewards in Missions, check Free rewards, or use eligible Skill bag. Availability follows your account status. Mark messages read explicitly in Messages.
