How pickPew works

pickPew is an online mystery box platform. Explore themed boxes, see their possible items, and reveal a randomly selected result. From everyday finds to something unexpected: Pick. Pop. Wow.

An online mystery box has a pool of possible items. Each opening reveals a result from that pool, rather than letting you choose a particular item. Check the contents, probabilities and price on the box page before opening. A high-value item is not guaranteed.

No. pickPew boxes are opened online from a displayed prize pool. They are not unopened parcels or bulk bundles of returned goods. After a real opening, you manage the item you received in Inventory.

Sign in, choose a box and review its prize pool. Select your opening quantity and check the total and any eligibility requirements. Top up if you need more balance.

When you are ready, select Open. This starts the opening immediately; there is no second confirmation. The result then appears on screen and in your opening history.

The Fairness & seeds section on a box page shows your client seed, the current server seed hash and the round number. The active server seed itself stays hidden.

For a past opening, use Verify in History to visit the verification site. Read the fairness guide for how seeds and results are related.

Items from real openings are managed in Inventory. You can keep an item, sell it back for the displayed value when eligible, or request shipping for an eligible physical item.

Check the available actions and any conditions for that item. A simulated Free try result is not added to Inventory.

If Sell is available, you can exchange the item for the amount shown. Review the current offer before confirming: the sell value can differ from the item value, and time-limited offers can expire.

If a sale is still processing or its outcome is unclear, check your Inventory and balance before trying again.

Open Inventory, choose an eligible item and start a shipping request. Review the delivery address, any fees and the item requirements before submitting. Availability and delivery times depend on the item and destination.

Visit Invite to find your personal link and the current reward conditions. Qualifying activity, limits and reward availability are shown there; sharing a link alone does not guarantee a reward.

Check Orders for the status of your shipping request and any available tracking details. If you need help with a delivery, include your order ID when contacting us.

Free try lets you preview a supported box with a simulated opening. It does not charge your balance or award an item. Its result does not predict or influence your next real opening.

Pew Beans are pickPew reward points, separate from your cash balance. You can use them where a Pew Beans price or option is shown. Check each feature for its earning and spending rules.
